Acres of overgrown pens like these made the Lancaster Stockyards a very pretty and oddly peaceful place to spend time. While ruins of places we don't have as much familiarity with are sometimes harder to relate to, I always thought this was one of the most interesting and unique places I've been to. Few other places truly feel like you are stepping into a bygone era.
