By Justin: Is this 'Shopped at all or is this, as the title states, an anomaly? It looks like a figure in blue scrubs is walking away from the camera, pushing a gurney. Maybe it's just a side effect of my sleep deprivation. In any case, this is an eerie, beautiful image.
